The location and cleanliness were both good.

Fabrizio welcomed us with great kindness and availability; the hotel sits amid vineyards, is quiet, has only five rooms, and is ideal for those of us looking for relaxation and proximity to the sea.

The organization was flawless, there was a small communal freezer that was a great choice, the owners were very accommodating, and the setting among the greenery was perfect; everything was just right.
