The place was quiet, the beds were great, breakfast was excellent, the pools were fantastic, and the gym was solid. The staff were friendly and there was nothing to criticize.

The room was very nice. The water in the spa area was very cold and the sauna was just as cold. The evening buffet was difficult because it wasn't suitable for every man and the price was intense.

It was hilarious! A 4‑star accommodation but on a huge scale, a bit different from what I had imagined from the description. Overall it was fine, though the expectations were a bit different. The staff were friendly and the facilities were good. On weekends there were a lot of small children, not on weekdays. Something to keep in mind. Dinner in a time slot from 6 pm or half‑past 8 pm is not ideal. Because of the size there was little contact with other guests.

Breakfast, afternoon coffee and the evening buffet were varied and plentiful. Ice cream (not just for kids, with egg‑liqueur). They arranged a nice coffee table for a birthday. The waiter was very accommodating. All the pool areas were overall too cold in bad weather. The whirlpool was unpleasantly cold. The request for an extra towel at the rental was treated unfriendly. In the bar at night the service was unfriendly (female). The only snacks were over‑salted popcorn. For a 4‑star hotel a bit thin. We wanted in the afternoon a separate coffee table or later at night in the bar to play a birthday song specially composed for the occasion: no chance despite the available music system and Bluetooth or USB input. Very unfriendly rejection in the bar. The 4 minutes for a 6000‑Euro song would surely not have disturbed any of the few extra guests.
