I have never seen like this terrible hotel in my life. I have never seen like this terrible hotel in my life

The location was good and it was fairly easy to get there from the airport bus stop. 1. The hotel name was different from the name on the booking, so it was very difficult to find, especially at night when checking in; we had to ask random staff at nearby hotels for help. 2. The room was fully black with no windows, like sleeping in a tiny box. 3. The room was absolutely tiny, not even enough space to open one suitcase fully. 4. We didn’t see a single human the entire time; the room was not cleaned at all and we had no way of asking for assistance. All our messages and calls were ignored. We wanted to cancel after seeing how awful the room was, but it was impossible because we couldn’t reach any staff in person, by phone, or by message. 5. The towels in the bathroom were the size of hand towels; no full‑size towels were available. 6. They only gave one access card; if you lose it you’ll be screwed because you can’t contact anyone for a replacement or to access the room. 7. There is a sign indicating a laundry room, but there isn’t one; very misleading. 8. The price was ridiculously high for the quality of the room. The whole experience was horrific. It was the first time I’ve tried to cancel a hotel booking because of how appalling it was. When I tried to reach the hotel to discuss a refund, even they couldn’t reach anyone from the hotel. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else! There is much better accommodation in Seoul at a similar price point.

The room was very well located and clean. There’s only one tiny window, so you feel a bit like you’re in a box. There are also no coat hangers or closet. The electronic check‑in system is a bit difficult; you need the exact name you booked in and it’s case sensitive.

The spot’s spot on. At first the all‑black décor threw me off, not my style, but after a night out the next day you can just lounge in. The metro and bus to the airport are literally steps away. The plastic slippers in the room and bathroom made me uneasy about their disinfection; Japan offers sanitizers, so that would be nice.
