The spot is spot on, and every facility feels top‑class; the bathroom is especially roomy and cozy, and the free pool access comes with all the gear you’d need for a chill day, making it a solid choice for Karlovy Vary. On the downside, checking in was a nightmare—staff demanded a stack of extra paperwork that made the process feel stuck in the past, and that’s something that definitely needs to be streamlined.

The location is perfect for a spa weekend, with private paid parking available. The hotel is very quiet, and the room décor matches the overall vibe of the property. The breakfast buffet was nice, and I’d definitely return.
