The room was spacious and spotless, just a five‑minute stroll from Guilinbei, with plenty of eateries nearby. Staff were genuinely friendly and eager to help. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, so getting up with luggage was a bit of a hassle.
The receptionist at the front desk was incredibly helpful, which made checking in smooth. Unfortunately, there’s no lift, so I had to haul my bags up four flights to the dormitory, which was pretty exhausting for an older traveler like me.
“Make your visit great with nice local people”
The inn is right next to the train station, so lugging a suitcase around is a breeze, and the owners even speak English and have two adorable cats roaming the lobby. They gave us a handy list of local activities, and although there’s no elevator, the staff gladly carried my bags up to the fifth floor.
Everything was fine – the place did what it promised without any surprises.
We loved the room – it was cute, cheap, and just a ten‑minute walk from the North station with easy bus links. The staff were warm and welcoming, making our stay in Guilin pleasant. Would definitely suggest it to anyone visiting the city.
