The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable with a nice private bathroom. A kettle and fridge were also in the room, which was great. The place was spotless and overall a lovely stay. The area had plenty of shops and restaurants, and it was a 10‑minute walk to the metro, train, and buses, giving easy access to the historic centre. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone.

Ubytování bylo moderně vybavené, čisté, příjemné. Majitelka byla velmi laskavá, komunikace na jedničku a je jednoduché ho najít, nasadili vám přesně trasu a fotky k ubytování. Každý pokoj má klimatizaci a rolety na zatemnění pokoje pro dobrý spánek. Kousek od ubytování je metro stanice Tiburtina, odkud se dostanete kamkoliv do centra za chvilku. Jediné, na co musím upozornit je hluk. Jelikož to není byt, ale spíše místnost ve větším bytě, je tam vše hodně slyšet z vedlejších pokojů a z chodby. Není to ale nic, co by se nedalo vydržet, večerka je nastavená, takže po ní tam nikdo nechodí po chodbě

Очень чисто и все продуманно! Потрясающие круассаны на завтрак (хозяин дает ваучер-купон) на 1 кофе + любая булочка, в соседнем кафе Monaco Выпечка настолько потрясающая, что лучше прийти к ~07.00 Иначе огромные очереди и могут закончиться круассаны и булочки. Очень вкусно 👍. Такого нет
