Cleanliness, location, and the Rituals products that fill the whole hotel are great! The exterior façade doesn’t really invite you in.

The check‑in was rigid at exactly 3 pm to access the room. I’m not used to that. No snack to wait, no offer for a breakfast on site. The minibar is very sparse, no wine or light alcohol.

Our stay was great, the hotel was calm, clean, perfectly located, and the staff were welcoming. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety – it was perfect for me and my family! The only thing I didn’t like was the room carpets, because I’m allergic.

The reception was very pleasant. The large room was very well equipped with a minibar, and the bedding was very comfortable.

Excellent location. A metro station is right in front of the hotel, easy access to Paris’s main sights and Disney. Our room was very clean and all comfortable, including pillows and towels. Rituals amenities were a highlight. They were courteous about late checkout. Breakfast is very good, worth it! There’s a machine at reception that gives free tap water with or without gas. The breakfast staff were not very friendly and there could have been someone making eggs. I missed a moisturizer and vanity kit in the bathroom. There is no mini‑fridge.
