“Very poor stay”

I arrived late in the evening and no one was at the front desk of Sunway Resort. I asked for help at the front desk of the Pyramid Hotel, but they told me Sunway Resorts did not belong to them and that I had to go to B1. My wife and I had a very hard time and were lost. It was 1 AM, we were exhausted, I sent messages on WhatsApp but received no reply. Finally, a kind man at the front desk of Sunway Pyramid Hotel helped me. He called a certain man and asked him to come and give me the keys to the room. He arrived and handed me the keys. His name was Ismaeel. It was a very bad experience. During the stay I requested a room change because it was not clean and the view was not good, but they told me there were no available rooms. Some one should be there to receive the guest or at least inform the guest what to do if they arrive late.

The hotel was beautiful, the view was stunning and the services were available. However, there were a lot of ants in the room.

“Comforting”

I stayed one day at Resort Suites while on my way to Singapore. Because we could only bring limited luggage, we asked the hotel staff to store our luggage for three days and they did so without a fee. We were very worried about where to keep our luggage. The room was very clean, smelled fresh, and the stay was very easy and comfortable. Also, Sunway Pyramid Hotel was nearby, so it was easier to find places to eat and shop.

The location is accessible to Sunway Pyramid Mall. The room condition is poorly maintained. The laminated wood flooring has come loose, which can be a tripping hazard. There is a roof leak on the balcony, visible as a big hole in the ceiling. The toilet has a small cockroach. Ants were observed all the way from the TV room to the kitchen and they fed on my food that was left on the table.
