“Worst hotel I've been in”

I've had the misfortune of staying in some subpar places during my three-month-long travels, but this one takes the cake. Unfortunately, the staff were unfriendly, and my room was infested with cockroaches. The restaurant had a limited menu, and the opening hours were incorrect. To make matters worse, my fan stopped working, and I had to wait two days for it to be replaced. I was also charged for a glass of water I didn't order at the restaurant.

“Value for money and very good location and friendly staff”

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location was incredibly convenient, being just a stone's throw away from Thamel and other major markets, making it easy to explore the area. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the availability of amenities, which took a little while to arrive, although the staff were prompt in responding to my requests.

My stay at this hotel in the heart of Thamel was truly exceptional. The warm hospitality of the staff made me feel right at home, and their helpful nature was always on display. The hotel's prime location allowed me to easily explore the vibrant streets and alleys of Thamel, and I was able to discover some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise.

“Best stay at hotel de universal”

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. They were incredibly friendly and made sure I felt right at home. The culinary experience was also top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The beds were so comfortable that I had no trouble drifting off to sleep each night.
