The pool area was great, and there were no problems.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were very nice, but we needed a table in the room for card games, and the lobby tables were too small; the breakfast area was closed off so we couldn’t bring a bus there to play cards. Otherwise the place was clean and the staff were outstanding.

The location was perfect, the facilities were orderly and reasonably clean, the room was large, breakfast was excellent, and reception was excellent. But the construction areas had shabby coverings, the elevator was inconvenient, the waterpark visible from the lobby gave the place a theme‑park vibe, the dining area felt like a giant dormitory feeding area, the doors to plumbing and pool filtering rooms were left open all the time giving an industrial look, the towels were very low quality, the shower wasn’t hot, and the price was too high for a quick stay traveling along I‑90.

“Overall, the kids enjoyed the pool and the bed was comfy and the room was clean but, there’s no steam room as advertised”

The pool area was nice, the location was close to where we needed, the bed was comfy, and the rooms were clean. However, there was a $50 hold that the desk said would take 7 to 14 days to return, check‑in took about 10 minutes which felt long, there was no advertised steam room, and there was a lot of scum on the side of the pool that needed cleaning.
