The aunt, uncle, and brother‑in‑law were incredibly sweet. The hotel had an elevator, but I arrived exhausted from a train ride and found Phú Quý was on power‑cut, so I had to walk up to the third floor; the uncle saw I was tired and let me stay below, offering me a bottle of water and even making lemon water for my room. Their friendliness was 100 points. The room was small like my own house but had a window looking far out to the sea, not a front‑on sea view; the upper floor was breezy and not hot, and I really liked how fully equipped it was: iron, hair dryer, electric kettle, a TV with YouTube, etc. A small suggestion: add a pre‑filled tea and spoon in the basket so you can mix drinks more easily; that day I bought coconut ice cream and used a plastic spoon right away. The bathroom was spacious, extremely clean, had no hot water but the water wasn’t cold; I didn’t use the hot water much, so it didn’t bother me. The parking area was comfortable, the location was right on the main road, close to Hoà Thướng barbecue. I had saved the hotel first, but later I wanted a place with a better sea view, so my cousin who was traveling with me chose this spot. The hotel didn’t disappoint me at all. If I ever go to Phú Quý again, I’ll book here.
