Individual Cottage type rooms with your own spacious balcony . Very clean and Spacious rooms. Care taker was friendly and helpful. Property close to a river with a shed where you can sit and relax. Room service available from a close by hotel. Overall me and my family had a pleasant stay. Everything is beyond your expection. Nothing to complain

It was very conveniently located halfway between Mumbai and Goa, perfect for an overnight stop from one place to the other. It was so beautifully nestled in nature with a river running by it - the highway was just there but you forgot about it. The cottages were spacious, thoughtfully designed, good bathrooms (very important!) - just a great feel overall. The caretaker made us a lovely breakfast and the hosts were friendly and charming, giving us space and simultaneously taking care of our needs. Not a thing
