Not trustworthy. Communication and adherence to promises were lacking.

The only plus was its proximity to the Istanbul motorway. The room didn’t match the size advertised at booking. Everything was very old and unkempt. We stayed at this hotel for four years with various gaps, and nothing changed. The beds were the same old worn ones, the towels were worn out, and the whole place smelled of dust.

The front‑desk staff were very friendly. Parking was in front of the hotel. My family of two adults and two kids arrived at midnight, exhausted. Breakfast ran until 10 am. I was eating at 09:40, my wife and daughter at 09:50. At 10:05 the restaurant “Lichter” was closed, even though other guests were still eating; they started cleaning up, which clearly meant we had to stop eating. Breakfast also didn’t offer enough variety.
