The rooms are bad; the linen and bedsheets were dirty and there were cockroaches in the room. Overall, it’s not a good hotel – it feels shabby and not kept clean.

I tried to check in with my fiancée from Mumbai, but after checking in the manager told me they wouldn’t allow couples without marriage proof. The driver who dropped us off played a game that I strongly disliked.

The rooms are clean and the location is good from the airport. I had already paid the full amount online, yet the staff denied me check‑in, saying payment must be made at the hotel. After a discussion they cancelled my booking and told me to book again and pay on‑site. My refund is still pending and could take 7–14 days. The air conditioning unit was not inside the room as expected but in the corridor, which was misleading. The listing said a TV would be in the room, but none was provided.
