“Definitely recommend”
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and located in a great spot, over 10 minutes from the city center; the staff were very polite and professional. No complaints.
The staff welcomed us warmly and the hotel’s location was good. However, some sheets and linens had a few stains.
“Great room and location”
The room sits in a quiet part of town but still within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, and I could easily walk to most major attractions; the main train station is a short walk away, so traveling from the airport is convenient. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating, making her the highlight of my stay. The pillows were the only downside.
The location was ideal, the bed extremely comfortable, the bathroom gorgeous, and the check‑in and check‑out were super quick and easy. The receptionist was very friendly.
The place is in a fantastic spot, the rooms are beautiful, and Liviana was wonderful—she saved our vacation. I definitely recommend it.
