The property looks lovely, stays clean, and staff treat guests well. In the morning there was no hot water; the water was only lukewarm, which was uncomfortable on that cold day.

I appreciate that the owners let us use the facility freely without constant supervision. The premises were spotless, and we were allowed to stay on the property long after checkout. I had no complaints at all.
The location is gorgeous, rooms and living areas are tidy and spacious enough to be comfortable. However, we were disappointed by the lack of hot water after just one brief shower. The room I booked claimed to be soundproof, but I could hear every outside noise and even sounds from the reception. The Wi‑Fi was weak, so streaming services failed, and the satellite TV channels kept cutting out randomly.
The place has a fancy appearance. The shower floor was mouldy, and the TV remote that came with the low‑pressure TV was oddly wrapped in plastic.
