I paid the full room rate, yet the front desk demanded extra money because the receipt they issued didn’t match mine, so I suspected a scam but stayed firm; the next day the reception admitted a mistake and no extra payment was taken, proving Kumar resort was trying to cheat customers. The breakfast was decent, but the water park feels old and its upkeep is poor.

At the junction, you can buy food and freebies, but the place is very direct, smelly, and poorly maintained; the rooms, floor cloths, and pillows all smelled bad, so my family of six couldn’t sleep; at breakfast the staff sneezed on plates and food, so we didn’t eat.

The resort is nice and decent, located well, and the water park is entertaining, but it isn’t very clean and most of the slides are broken.

I was here with my family and the experience of ours were goes totally awesome. Check in was smoothly happened. I have booked the deluxe room and during check in they gave me an upgraded one which was more spacious and my kids totally liked it. The main part was the waterpark area. My kids enjoyed the same. Nothing
