We really liked the buffet; it was varied and of good quality. Parking was ample, so no problem to park (at least in September). The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. The room’s bathroom was a little small and only provided a single soap that could be used as gel/shampoo. Dinner times ended a bit early for the Spanish schedule we’re used to (19:30‑21:30).

The place was fantastic, the food good, and the director very helpful and courteous, speaking excellent Italian and making us feel very pampered; the restaurant staff were also very polite, available, and friendly. The fridge bar didn’t cool properly, the pillows were uncomfortable, and at the last breakfast at 6.00 there was nothing sweet available.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, especially the pool area and our rooms. We stayed in a Premium Suite, a spacious space that felt like two rooms plus a separate living area. The food was always hot and plentiful, with just enough variety to stay interesting throughout the week. The bar and restaurant staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the animation team were absolutely wonderful with our child, making her feel special. The only downside was that the hotel stayed very loud until the end of the evening shows, even though our suite was away from the main complex.
