Being that the owner just took over 2 weeks before, I can see where there was a lot of yard work and some refurbishing done. The owner, Linda, was very helpful and friendly. As stated, new ownership had their hands full, in updating the motel itself. The outdoor pool was in need of $12000 worth of repairs

This motel is inexpensive and provides the essentials—clean room, shower, bed, and TV—nothing more. I travel by motorcycle and need only those basics, so it works for me; if I were traveling with a partner, I'd choose a higher‑priced place. All my needs were met.

I was met by the owner as I pulled in, and he told me there were no rooms left even though I had a confirmation number, so I couldn't get a room.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the bed in my room, but unfortunately, I noticed what appeared to be a rather unpleasant stain on the bathroom wall. It was a bit of a mixed bag during my stay.

I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and affordability, but my stay was marred by a frustrating issue with the TV, which stopped working altogether. Despite this, I still felt that the hotel offered good value for the price.
