I recently stayed at a lovely hotel with a comfortable bed and a beautiful garden. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. However, upon arrival, the hotel looked a bit deserted, and we had to search for someone to check us in. Although we encountered some issues with breakfast and our safari booking for the next day, the staff were able to resolve the problems with a few phone calls.

Unfortunately, my stay was a complete disappointment - the hotel did not meet even the most basic cleanliness standards. Everything about the hotel was subpar.
