The only good thing was the staff member who directed me to another hotel. Everything else was not recommended to anyone. I was very outraged; I didn’t call the police because nothing would change, but I felt they had a duty to arrange a room for me and my family to spend the night. I thought it was awful. I booked my stay weeks in advance, and when I arrived they told me there were no rooms available. How could that be? I had booked so far ahead and no one called to inform me. I was driving 13 hours with a child and had nowhere to rest. Total disregard.
