The room was not clean or maintained, the AC didn't work at all, and no staff helped with the luggage.

The spot was spot on—right on the beach. The AC kept failing, even the fan was useless, and the staff blamed voltage fluctuations without fixing it. Why book an AC room if it never works? Plus, no water bottle was handed out.
