“Great place”
The place is in a perfect spot and spotless, and the instructions for access were clear and easy to follow. I had no problems at all.
The spot is convenient for walking to all the main sights. The mattress was uncomfortable and the duvet wasn’t cleaned.
“Mala experiencia”
The location is fine. I was probably misled or the information on the site was deceptive, because arriving there caused me a lot of stress. I expected a hotel but it turned out to be an old building with guest rooms. There’s no elevator, the stairs are old, narrow and dangerous, there’s no front desk or physical staff, and nobody speaks Spanish (everything is translated via messages). The room looked neglected compared to the photos, and despite double glazing you can hear street noise from inside. Not recommended.
“I often return to Rome and would be happy to go back there, but it is impossible.”
The location works well and the staff reply super fast. The lack of an elevator and the fact that the room is on a high floor were not mentioned anywhere, which feels unfair and dishonest. If you’re not a man or an athlete, you can’t lift heavy luggage up and down; we had to find someone willing to help.
