I was really impressed with the friendly staff and the owner's kind nature at this beautiful new hotel. The location is stunning and the meals are delicious, with the added bonus of being able to arrange custom dishes with the chef. It's clear that the hotel has made a lot of improvements since its opening, and the staff's friendliness is definitely one of its strongest points.

The hotel's location is pretty central, which is a plus. However, things took a turn for the worse when a blackout hit due to the rain. I get that it's not the hotel's fault, but it was pitch black from evening till I checked out, and I was without electricity and hot water the whole time. To make matters worse, a swarm of flying insects started buzzing around my room, making for a pretty miserable stay.
