The hotel is right next to Municipio station and the ferry is close, making it convenient. The castle visible from the window was illuminated and very romantic. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the shower had no water pressure issues. Although the building has no elevator, the staff helped us carry our suitcase up during check‑in, which we appreciated. The staff also gave us many helpful recommendations.

Overall, a great hotel located close to the Alibus drop‑off in front of the port. Late check‑in was available. There are many steps to the entrance, so if you have luggage let them know and they'll help carry it up. Nice clean place. My only disappointment was that there was only a single thin sheet on the bed, no other blankets that I found, and only one pillow.

The room was large, with beautiful decor and a wonderful bathroom featuring double sinks and plenty of space for toiletries, something we often find hard to find in Italy. The staff was helpful and courteous. Having a pen and paper would be appreciated. We have stayed in some places that had a Nespresso coffee machine, and that was really a great option.

Nice people and respond to text in a timely manner. Too many steps. No elevator which you need for not just people but luggage. Was supposed to have breakfast at 730 am but did not get until 8 am so had to grab what I could to take breakfast on the go to make an appointment

The location is great, right in front of the metro. The single room is very sparse, the mattress is extremely uncomfortable, and the bed itself feels like a piece of iron. No slippers as described, no outlet near the bed (only a USB and a lamp with a built‑in bedside lamp). The best thing at breakfast was the kiwi. The staff were friendly, but the three guys I met seemed to be there by chance. The shower had rust deposits on the door tracks, which was not inviting. Overall, I expected much better from the description.
