“Good for one night. Bed was comfy. All the plugs didn’t work but staff was nice and breakfast was ok.”

The staff was nice, but the place turned out to be a false advertisement: the hot tub shown in photos and described as working was actually cemented shut and the map marked it closed indefinitely; after a long drive I was disappointed, the room smelled odd, the fridge was the only appliance offered (though a mini kitchen appeared on a good night), and the back‑door handle was broken, leaving only a stick to keep it locked.

The place was okay, I enjoyed the waffles and sausage, and the location is great right off the freeway with a nice restaurant next door and several others within walking distance, but the pool was closed, the ice machine was broken, and a dried‑up spill lay right in front of the elevator door on the floor I stayed on.

The room photo showed a ground floor, yet we were on the third floor with a parking‑lot view instead of the promised pool view; the coffee maker was broken, leaving only a very light‑colored tea, and since we left before breakfast it was a letdown.

Breakfast was good, but the shower didn’t work so I couldn’t shower.

Good area with a decent amount of things around. Honestly, everything else. They advertise a hot tub in the pictures but its actually been filled with concrete so its just the pool. The shower had some kind of "refinish" on it that was peeling and I actually cut my foot on it. The beds were ROCK hard. The window to our room wouldn't even lock on a 1st floor room and we had small children with us. None of the ice machines worked. Honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had aside from the staff being friendly and none of this being their fault
