“uitstekend verblijf”

The location is fantastic, the bastide feels very luxurious and new, with a modern layout, a beautiful pool and solarium, and a very intimate, tidy setting; the breakfast selection is extensive and you can also enjoy it outside in the sun if you wish, parking is ample, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. However, the pool hours could be extended; currently they run from 10‑19:30, which isn’t convenient if you want a quick drink before breakfast or if you arrive late.

The welcome was great, and the breakfast, though simple, was impressively efficient. My bedding was an issue, but I’m a picky sleeper.

The 135 × 180 cm bed didn’t fit two large adults. The bathroom had no windows or ventilation, and the toilet was tiny and only a few centimeters from the sink, requiring you to move it aside to use it. Everything from the adjacent room could be heard, the walls were paper, the pool was dirty, and you had to exit the hotel and walk more than 50 meters to reach it.

A lovely building set in nature with a very pleasant pool in a calm environment and very friendly staff. It would be appreciated to have water bottles or a beverage dispenser, especially during hot periods, and small bath towels in the bathroom. We also encountered a mattress issue that needs to be resolved.
