הכל היה יוצא מן הכלל מלון על רמה גבוהה מאוד קרתה תקלה והתבטל לנו המלון שהיינו אמורים לעבור אליו והיינו צריכים להישאר כאן והם היו הכי מבינים ונחמדים שיש הם לא גרמו לנו לשלם קנס ושילמנו רק על הלילות שנשארנו עוד.

The check‑in was a breeze, with staff who were helpful and polite. Breakfast was excellent, and my room was clean and comfortable. I ordered room service twice, and both meals were tasty and beautifully presented. The terrace bar on the 26th floor is a fantastic spot to watch the sunset. The highlight was the in‑house restaurant Peshwa, where the bhakri, zunka, sabudana khichi and masale bhat were the most authentic and delicious I’ve ever had—an unexpected treat for someone from India. Everything else was great.

The stay was overall smooth and ranks among the best in Bangkok, offering great value for the price. We did encounter a hiccup when the hotel delivered our bags to the room, but the staff quickly addressed it and made it a priority.
