The hotel is stunning, the room was beautiful, and the pool and restaurant area were amazing—very tranquil, yet the location was excellent and close to plenty of attractions, with no complaints.

The Hotel is a Boutique Hotel and generally really nice and sweet. Especially its location is good with cute, clean rooms and a comfortable bed. Breakfast is a bit weird as yes they have all day à la carte but the options you can choose are a bit limited and if you want something very basic such as scrambled eggs you need to pay extra. I wanted to extend my stay for 1 more night. It was already confirmed and set up and then the next morning the texted me saying the room is not free they made a mistake and I need to get out. This was very annoying as I had to find another place on short notice and my plans for the day have been crushed. They could have easily made this less painful in like offering me to drive to my next destination or releasing my restaurant bill (it was only like 5€), so very small gestures that could have really made the overall impression much better. Overall they had no interest at all in providing anything additional as a goodie to compensate for their mistake

The restaurant’s setting overlooking the pool and spa was lovely, the staff were always available, and breakfast was huge with fantastic cocktails, yet after four evenings we only then discovered they offered a special kids’ menu.

The Elementum is a tiny, fantastic hotel with attentive staff and excellent food. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the place. The only drawback would be the location; it’s best to hire a local driver because walking around is quite an adventure.

Everything was perfect! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the restaurant’s view and atmosphere were outstanding—definitely the best hotel I’ve had on my trip to Bali.
