“No refrigerator in room. Found a couple bugs in the room. Dead, but still there.”

I didn’t stay for breakfast, and that’s the only thing that applies.

“Disgusting”

It was falling apart: exposed electrical wires hanging out of holes in the wall, a rusty and dirty bathroom, a door with gaps, no place to hang clothes, and the bathroom vanity had fallen and was hanging on by a thread.

There were holes in the wall, the bed would move whenever you moved in it, bugs were in the room, and daylight leaked through the door seal, but the place was okay.

It has a hot tub, but I had to change rooms because the first room’s AC wasn’t working, the sheets were damp and wrinkled, the comforter had stains, the phone was dirty, the window wouldn’t open or close, the window was deeply cracked from top to bottom, and nothing was done after reporting it twice. The second room was upstairs, in the very back corner of the building, the only one available. The walls had putty all over them, were unpainted, the sheets had holes, the mattress pads had yellow stains, the TV cable box was unplugged so furniture had to be moved, the refrigerator was at freezing temperatures ruining many drinks we bought, food was left in the fridge from the previous occupant, the room smelled like bad AC, there were clumps of dust in the AC, the phone wasn’t plugged in, the window had no screen, the view from the window was a big stack of mattresses and chairs, the plugs were loose making it hard to charge devices, the swimming pool lacked safety tape on the steps to prevent slipping and falling (which I did), and the “exit ladder” was broken with no steps and the handles were loose or movable. After reporting all of this, they said they could only offer a discount next time, so we won’t be coming back.
