The place sits on a lively street, just a 10‑minute walk from the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and massage parlours nearby, plus a restaurant on the ground floor. The room was roomy with a comfy bed, and the owners were very helpful, even swapping my room when the original booking had an issue. On the downside, the large window wouldn't open, so there was no natural ventilation, and there was no soap by the sink. Housekeeping was only available on request and for an extra fee, which was surprising for a hotel. The room deposit was also unusual, though not a major problem.

“Great”

The room was really comfortable, with plenty of space, a king‑size bed, and a big TV. The back street looked a bit shabby, and the window couldn't be opened.

“a roll the dice, not knowing what room I'll get”

Room 4 was inviting and I liked how everything was set up. In Room 12, the shower drain was partially blocked and needed cleaning.

“As previously mentioned, all in all a great property and will be staying here again in the future.”

The location was great, the facility was secure, the staff were friendly, the pricing was good, the rooms were well finished and clean, and the Wi‑Fi was solid—overall a great place.

“Meet all my expectations. Stayed 4 nights to explore the area”

Everything was within easy reach, and floor three was relatively quiet. The fridge was small, but there were plenty of food options, a large TV, and a great host who didn’t charge a deposit. Check‑in was after 10 pm, and we arrived late on a flight, so we coordinated with the host. The attached bar also provides a lock‑box, and the bar and grill are part of the same complex. The place has just been taken over by the host. On the downside, there was no swimming pool, and after booking they mentioned a ird 500 k cash deposit, which is hard for most people. There are many ATMs nearby.
