The room was a good size, and the bed was really comfortable and clean - a great start. The night receptionist was super friendly and went out of their way to help, which was appreciated. However, the online response was pretty poor, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, a mixed experience.

The location was great, but navigating the hotel was a nightmare - the corridors seemed to go on forever, and I had a hard time finding my room. Still, it's a shame they didn't make it easier to get around, because the location itself was really convenient.

The location was spot on - everything was close by, which was convenient. The staff were all really nice, and the room was okay. Not much to complain about, but not blown away either. It was fine.

Honestly, I was a bit surprised that there was no breakfast - that was a bit of a letdown. And to make matters worse, some of the lights in the bedroom didn't work, and there was no bar or any food options at all. A big hotel with not much going on, even in the middle of holidays.
