“Regret it because we did not know all the things mentioned above.”
The stay was just okay; I didn't realize the 3rd floor was under construction, nor that the pool was closed. We chose this hotel so the kids could swim during downtime, so that was a big disappointment. We were also charged an extra fee that the front desk didn’t explain, but the clerk at checkout refunded it back to us.

The bed was nice and the location was good, but the price was high for a hotel still under renovation, our toilet had a black ring in it, and the room needed renovation.

The room assigned to me hadn't been renovated; it was damp, dated, dingy, and clearly in desperate need of a complete overhaul. It seemed worth about $75 a night, yet I paid over TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for it.
