The capsules are nice and very private, and the price is very good; the staff was okay. However, there was no paper in the restroom, no soap or shampoo in the showers, and the place was not clean at all

We had never slept in a capsule before, and it turned out to be quite an experience – it feels futuristic, comfortable, cool, and apparently clean. The staff were friendly, and the price is unbeatable. The hygiene of the toilets leaves much to be desired and is not suitable for people who are meticulous. Overall, the hotel looks a bit run-down, which clashes with the modern look of the capsules, and the pillow had a slight damp smell

It is well located and the capsules are spacious, but there is almost no common area, no toilet paper, the outlets in the capsule didn't work and there were only two on the landing, making it inconvenient, and the AC was set to 16

The staff were very friendly and the check‑in was flexible, with air‑conditioned rooms and tap water available. The bathroom was tiny, uncomfortable and very dirty, and the outlet for my capsule didn’t work.
