The hotel is very nice and clean, with a pleasant local Thai vibe. The pool is beautiful and tidy. It’s conveniently close to Bangrak Pier and the airport, which fit my needs. However, there isn’t much to do within walking distance; to reach Fisherman’s Village or other main spots you’ll need a taxi or other transport.

The accommodation might not be top‑tier, but the staff deserves an 11/10. We left a tablet in the room and were flying onward. A kind gentleman called, worried, took our details, and returned the tablet. It’s heart‑warming to find such people in the world ❤️

The cottage was spacious, nicely appointed and the large pool was very pleasant, with the bar staff being incredibly friendly and helpful. However, we sensed the reception communication was poor: they forgot to book our taxi to the resort on arrival, and after the beds were changed we had to ask three times for a sheet that was already torn to be replaced.

The sunsets and the beautiful pool were lovely, yet the beach felt more like a swamp, littered with trash and even shards of glass; planes flew overhead constantly, creating a lot of noise, especially in the morning. The bed was extremely hard, like wood, and when I asked for a new mattress they only gave a topper. The front‑desk staff were unwelcoming, glued to their phones, answered none of my questions and seemed uninterested. At 6 pm I asked for pool towels and was told there were none left and I’d have to come back the next day, which was disappointing after a sunny day out. The rooms also looked very dated.

Fajny basen, ciepła woda i ładny widok, na tym koniec. Pokoje straszne, w nocy w pokoju było jasno przez drugie drzwi, których nie dało sie otworzyć przez okropny zapach pobliskiego bajorka, nie wymieniali ręczników, a byliśmy 3 noce, nie mogliśmy znaleźć personelu, śniadanie słabe, było do wyboru menu, ale jakiś chłopiec powiedział, że w sumie to go nie ma, bo wszystko można sobie skompletować
