The location is very good, but on the first day of check‑in there was no water. In our family cottage, neither the first nor the second bathroom had a working sauna from arrival until departure. Additionally, the terrace flooring was so poorly finished that a piece of wood slipped under my foot while walking. The hotel had no medical station or even basic first‑aid supplies. The receptionist spoke in a very rough tone, and we barely managed to get an ambulance called. In the end, the staff offered no simple apology, and paying almost $700 per day does not match the conditions we experienced.

Everything was great, but the restaurant options were very limited.

We stayed for one night in a two‑bedroom cottage with our family. The staff were very pleasant, the location wonderful, and the cottage itself was well equipped. When booking, I requested a child’s sofa cover and that was fulfilled. Breakfast was substantial, the restaurant staff were friendly, and service was quick. We’ll definitely return in the fall and winter to admire the mountains and enjoy this fantastic place.

“I would love to go during winter”

One of the cleanest hotels and the prettiest. All was perfect; there are currently some works when you exit the hotel, but it doesn’t affect the hotel.
