“Excellent”
The room was spacious with great facilities, staff were friendly and the location good. A few minor things could be slightly improved but we loved the place.

La Via della Giudecca, a design B&B in Syracuse’s historic Jewish quarter, occupies Piazza San Filippo. Modern, minimalist rooms feature LCD TVs, air conditioning, private bathrooms with hairdryers and free toiletries. Complimentary Wi‑Fi and two reception computers enhance connectivity. Located 150 m from the sea and a five‑minute walk from Siracusa Cathedral, it blends contemporary comfort with historic charm.

The apartment was clean, close to a beautiful church, and only a one‑minute walk to the beach; the kitchen window offered a gorgeous view. The owner was very helpful—he let us leave our bags in the lobby, called a taxi for our later train, and overall we loved our stay. The only downside was the stairs and lack of an elevator, so be prepared to carry your suitcases up.

The position of the property was excellent. An easy walk to a variety of shops, cafes & restaurants, the seafront & places of interest. Loved the detailed description & video on how to find the accommodation. We stayed in Room 12, which had a small outside space & a roof terrace. This would have been perfect apart from the outdoor furniture, which had all seen better days. There were also some old unusable chairs left in a pile on the roof terrace. There was a lack of crockery, glasses & cutlery in the kitchen
