“MALA ATENCIÓN DE BARRA”
The food and facilities are good, but the hotel is too crowded; waiting up to 20 minutes for a drink at the bar is ridiculous, especially when only two staff are serving, and the daily snacks stay stuck on “hamburger, hot dog, and nachos.” On Wednesday, September 30, a family in the pool blasted music at full volume, and I’m not sure if the manager confronted them, but the hotel should handle such disruptive guests better. Many of us come to relax and escape work, noise, and problems, yet the staff seem to lack respect.
