The location and view were great, but the room fell short. We booked a 33 m² deluxe but got a 15 m² ground‑floor room with no window, damp air, and no shower cubicle. Breakfast was underwhelming, and the staff could use some training.

After a terrible dinner we left by 7 am, leaving breakfast for the cats. The food was awful and we went to bed hungry. The spa’s jacuzzi was only 23 °C because the attendant was on leave, and the “luxury” bathroom was icy, smelly, and filthy. No local menu, and the chef seemed clueless—yet we paid about €100 and left starving.

The deluxe house was a gem—68 m², spotless, with a comfy bed and a uniquely designed bathroom. The staff were exceptionally polite, the restaurant had a cool vibe, and the food and breakfast were delicious. The sauna and jacuzzi worked well, and the view of the reservoir from the room was amazing. We’ll definitely return.
