We got great value here; on day one we walked to Brighton beach, which was nice, and on day two we took the no.27 bus that was very close. The room was comfortable and clean, and the host’s communication was really good. I’d recommend it and would stay again.

Paul was really helpful, answered the phone when I arrived and did a great job with the accommodation, which is essentially a converted garage. But hang on—Paul got his ideas from a Premier Inn, took some layout ideas from there, yet definitely put his own stamp on it. He’s a good guy, and the place is quiet and comfortable. You won’t be disappointed. Nothing really for the money paid.
