I loved the peaceful surroundings and beautiful view of the water, and my premium cabin was cozy, heated, and spotless. The owner was very responsive and kind, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the place seemed abandoned in the winter, with no one to greet me in person. Additionally, I had expected a complimentary breakfast as part of my Genius membership, but instead, I had to make do with a self-service kitchen in the cabin.

The chalet was just as comfortable as it looked in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. However, I was a bit let down by the lack of on-site dining options - the common kitchen was equipped with only a two-burner stove, which wasn't very convenient. To make matters worse, the breakfast was overpriced considering the quality.

This hotel is perfect for those seeking a romantic and peaceful retreat in nature. My boat house was cozy, and the self-service breakfast in the on-land cottage was convenient, with everything I needed provided. However, I visited during the off-season, and it was a bit isolating - I didn't encounter anyone else during my stay, which might have been nice to know beforehand.
