The welcome was very friendly and helpful; the host immediately offered a restaurant recommendation and walking tips. Breakfast was served with our host in a nearby café each morning—really great. The room faces a small street, which remains noisy in the evenings.

The front door is 300 m from the waterfront and close enough to the airport, train, and town centre for easy access. The space is large and stylish.

I had an excellent stay overall; the apartment was superb, spotless, and well-maintained, and the owner was extremely friendly, attentive, and understanding. He made us feel welcome and was always available whenever we needed anything. The location was a huge plus—the apartment sits right on the harbor, very close to the city center, and a great restaurant is right nearby, which was very convenient. Even though the house was fantastic, the cleanliness impeccable, the location excellent, and the owner’s kindness made the few drawbacks easier to overlook. We felt very comfortable and would gladly return! The only downsides were a slight lack of privacy and no air conditioning. The owner lives in the same building, and while the room door can close, it’s separated from the rest of the space only by a curtain, so those who want more privacy should consider that. Also, in August it was quite hot, and the mobile AC unit available didn’t fully cope with the temperatures.

From the moment we arrived, Andrea treated us like a friend rather than just a guest, thanks to his constant availability and exceptional hospitality that made us feel at home. The décor is elegant, giving a hint of Brindisi and a touch of Bali. The room is huge, with a terrace on the upper floor offering a wonderful view, a very comfortable bed, and a refined bathroom. Located in the historic centre of Brindisi, it’s almost next to the waterfront, the promenade, restaurants, and other venues. I highly recommend it. Absolutely nothing to add.

The property was spotless and beautifully presented, and the location was perfect—right by the water with amazing views from the roof terrace. Andrea, the host, was wonderful, so lovely and helpful that he made our stay truly special. Everything was flawless!
