The staff are incredible, the facilities are incredible, and it was one of the best stays of my life; nothing negative.

The public areas were very grand and ornate, and the rooftop bar offered superb views, though it was undeniably expensive—especially during the festival.

Everything about our stay was first class, from Douglas opening the door to us, to Isla checking us in, and all the staff we met at reception, room service, and restaurants; the checkout was just as smooth, and the room was absolutely perfect. I honestly can’t think of anything that was not good or could be improved.
