We paid money, but the booking wasn’t confirmed and the guests were denied check‑in because they said they didn’t have a booking. We received an email from Fab Hotels stating it was a mistake and not Fab Hotels. We need a refund.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had a fantastic location, but unfortunately, it fell short in many other areas. The staff were not helpful at all, and I was disappointed to find out that there was no kitchen available, which made the room service even more pathetic. I had to wait for over an hour and a half for a simple cup of tea to be brought to my room, and the window panes were broken and without a latch, making the room feel quite insecure.

I had the misfortune of staying at a hotel that was a complete disaster from start to finish. The location was not even a redeeming factor, and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed with every aspect of my stay. The staff were unhelpful, the room service was non-existent, and the hotel itself looked run-down and neglected. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would advise others to steer clear of it at all costs.

My stay at a hotel was marred by several issues, despite its great location and accessibility. The rooms looked much worse than the pictures on the application, and the toilets were not clean, which was a major turn-off. The hotel itself had a shady and dark atmosphere, which made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
