The location is good, but the place needs serious cleaning and repair work; the room by the pool is not fit to sleep in, it smells musty/moldy and you have to keep the door wide open to breathe, the bathroom lacks light and its fixtures are rusty, and the so‑called family room upstairs is the same—moldy and musty, with a bathroom in disrepair; the kitchen lacks utensils.

The beds are spacious, the bathroom is spacious, but some kitchen utensils are unclean and there is no garbage bin in the kitchen.

The place is awesome; we traveled with a family of 8 and the accommodation was large enough for us, with a front beach and a small pool to relax; the owner and her family were very warm, and we’ll definitely visit again—thank you Ms. Narina for giving us a relaxing and nice vacation at your place.

In the evening and early morning the ocean breeze was refreshing, perfectly complemented by the soothing sound of waves, and the view was simply excellent, creating a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere; however, the air conditioning was not sufficient to keep the entire room adequately/evenly cool throughout the day/night.
