The stay was good, but I’m not sure what to say about the negatives.

I was impressed with the exceptional staff and cleanliness during my stay, but I was initially disappointed to find that breakfast wasn't available. However, when I mentioned it to the staff, they promptly arranged for me to have some, which was a lovely gesture. Overall, it was a mixed experience, but the staff's helpfulness made up for the initial oversight.
