The place had a good location and decent breakfast, but nothing worked—neither the sauna nor the pool, etc. It doesn’t offer a four‑star service in the western sector and leaves a lot to be desired.

The reception was impeccable! The breakfast was fantastic! I can’t think of anything I didn’t like; everything was 100 % wonderful.

The hotel’s location is good, overall cleanliness and furnishings are fine, and the room size and comfort are positives. Still, there are areas for improvement: the breakfast is adequate but could be better for a hotel of this size, especially in terms of food replenishment. Also the air‑conditioner filter in the room was dusty and the square shower had water leaking over it, creating a bit of grime likely from worn finish. These points don’t detract from the stay; they’re specific suggestions for improvement, and I would stay again.

Quarto aconchegante, área da piscina muito boa e o hotel tem uma excelente localização. O hotel estava cheio e a piscina estava com água turva e ficou assim de um dia para o outra, provavelmente não houve limpeza e o café da manhã na segunda-feira,estava sem reposição e sem variedades. Muito fraco!
