Gunza Bed and Breakfast

The location was perfect for early morning access to the rice fields, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the view superb! The room had lived in but the value for money was great for backpackers like me. The owner was very kind. It’s a shame the restaurant and breakfast were closed because there are few options nearby at night (15 minutes walk is okay, but it’s a bit dull after dark). I was warned beforehand, so I knew. It’s a pity the rooftop was abandoned though the view is great.

A good spot a few minutes’ walk from the rice field entrance. A nice rooftop, but the restaurant part was closed. We would have liked to know that earlier. Ants were everywhere outside and also inside, in the bed and even in the breakfast coffee and pancakes. Otherwise the room was clean.

The staff were very pleasant and charming, they accepted us early and we even had lunch with them without any problem. The location is great and the value for money is good. The hotel offers exceptional views.

“Superbe nuit avec sunrise sur les rizières”

Great location for visiting the rice fields, you can see the sunrise over the fields and the mountains from the hotel. The staff are adorable and helpful, always ready to assist. We would have liked to know that the room overlooking the garden was on the ground floor.

“Vreemd personeel”

The hotel was fine, I didn’t expect luxury but that’s expected for this price. The hotel is within walking distance of the beautiful rice terraces. The man who works there was very strange. He kept talking and told odd stories such as committing a murder. The chicken was served raw.
