The communication with the staff was excellent. We stayed two nights on the 6th floor, and there is an elevator. Around midnight we noticed the air conditioner was leaking, so we called the front desk on the intercom. A staff member arrived a few minutes later and we switched to a triple‑bedroom. The next morning we were asked if we wanted to stay there, and they promised to take care of everything. Super! The triple‑bedroom had a large window front above the beds, offering a nice view, though we left it open because the heat from outside was intense. The bathroom is well equipped with shampoo and shower gel, and there’s a Smart‑TV. Everything was clean, though the interior décor was a bit worn. Below the hotel is a café that’s well‑visited and serves good coffee and fantastic sandwiches, though a bit pricey. The location is quick to ARL, buses, etc. The downside is that the place is very noisy, the broken AC was promptly addressed by the courteous staff, and the bathroom has frosted glass to the room, so privacy is limited. One must accept that in such a touristy area, everything the mass‑tourism heart needs is present.
