I was assigned a room that was already booked for someone else, and the staff never replied to messages, making communication difficult. The lack of organization was frustrating.

The place was solid and the spot was great, but when we asked for an extra blanket—two 21‑year‑olds—we were told no. We ended up sharing the whole room for the duration.
